I'm back!! and the list of books that are getting me into and through the Menopause Transition goes on! These next five are not just on the topic of Menopause, but books that I think every woman 35+ should have on her bookshelf or bedside table. They are books I go back to again and again for reference and motivation. So open your Amazon cart or the website of your favorite local bookstore and let's go, girl!

I don't know if you know this about me, but I am a bibliophile. I am addicted to second-hand bookstores, local bookstores, and Amazon Prime. My dream would be to have a bookstore like Meg Ryan had in "You've Got Mail" and a sliding library ladder like Belle in "Beauty and the Beast"! I collect children's books and grown-up books, fiction, non-fiction, poetry, research, autobiographies, self-help; basically ALL the books. So it's not surprising that when I became focused on women's health and the menopause transition, I started reading and collecting.
I have read ALOT of books on the topic over the last two years. And in my opinion, there are a few books every woman 35 and older should have in their TBR stack (that's To Be Read, for those of you who aren't bibliophiles!). Read on to see which ten books are my go to for information, a good laugh and inspiration. |
