STOP,  What Do You Need Today?

​How often do STOP and really ask yourself, "What do I need today?"
- 10 minutes of peace and quiet?
- Strenuous exercise to get the blood flowing?
- A long walk?
- Connection with a friend?
What do YOU need today?
Take a minute to figure this out and do everything you can to make it work today.

Here's what I do................
STOP what your doing. Get still for a moment. 
Sit up tall and take 5-10 long, deep breathes. Pause.  And ask, "Self, you beautiful diva. What do you need? Trust what comes up.

And we’re more likely to do the thing if we tell others about it so tell me OR tell a friend.  Post it on your Social and tag me or send me an email.  I'd love to know how you are taking care of yourself today.
