Bye, Bye 2020! (Cue the cheers, screams and backflips, heck, the parade!) I don’t know about you, but for me, a new year has never been so anticipated. However, I must confess that getting in the right mindset to take on a new year has been challenging. I’m usually well into vision boarding and setting intentions, journaling and selecting my “Word of the Year” by this point but the excitement has been fleeting at best. But I know setting intentions is so important for living our best life. Adrienne Enns, says it so well: “Intention is personal activism in alignment with our deepest, most peaceful truth and our highest purpose for our greatest good. It is the conscious creation of a soulful life.”
So how do we set intentions for the new year in this time of unknowing? Here are a few ideas that may be helpful to get you started.
2020 was hard. It’s left me tired and a little jaded but I do know that we create our life, one moment at a time, either by design or default. So, I don’t know about you, but I’m going to get busy setting some intentions and choosing my word for 2021. I’ll keep you posted.

Food is needed in order to survive and live properly. Your body needs the proper vitamins and nutrients, which is why it's best to choose food rich in these. Vegetables, fruits, meat, smoothies, and food containing carbohydrates should be consumed in the correct amount.
