Hi There! I'm Lisa and I believe that midlife is the best life!
As someone who has navigated my own Menopause Journey, I understand firsthand the challenges and feelings of isolation that can accompany this phase of life. However, I also know that it doesn't have to be this way.
I've been a Menopause Coach and Movement Specialist for 5 years and have taught yoga for almost 10. I've seen first hand how movement and having someone in your corner supporting you can bring about sustainable changes and optimal wellness. My passion lies in empowering women like you with the tools and practices necessary to not only endure, but thrive during midlife and beyond.
