My offerings are designed to meet you wherever you are on your unique midlife through menopause journey;
moving you toward feeling your most optimal and living your fullest life, doing all the things you love and enjoy.
My teaching blends yoga practices and nervous system regulation with strength and mobility work to help relieve  symptoms and the challenges that come with menopause. 

I love working with women individually, to really honor the unique journey of menopause, planning sessions focused on your personal goals.
I also value the need for connection and community, so you will find group classes, workshops and retreats on my schedule as well. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS                                                                   PARTNER SESSIONS

A deeply personalized space for you to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system and build strength in a way that feels supportive--not overwhelming. Together, we will work to ease midlife challenges and menopause symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, poor sleep, stress and connection to your changing body. Everything is personalized to where you are right now--because this journey isn't one size fits all. I always like to make sure we are a good fit for each other, by having a short conversation about your goals.
Partner sessions offer a supportive, encouraging way to move through midlife changes together. Whether you come with a friend, partner or family member, these sessions create space for strength, relaxation, mobility and connection--while honoring your changing energy and body. Expect connection, encouragement and movement  that helps you feel more at ease in your body. And maybe a little laughter too!

Small group classes are a supportive, low-pressure way to build strength, mobility and confidence alongside others. I offer a rotating schedule of Aqua Yoga and Aqua Strength June-August, designed to be joint-friendly, menopause supportive and accessible for all levels. Other classes may be available throughout the year.

If you have a group of coworkers, friends or a special event, like a girl's weekend or a bridal party, I'm happy to design a private small group session just for you. You tell me the vibe and energy level and I will create a session/sessions just for you.

I'm available to lead workshops and speak for organizations, wellness groups and communities seeking practical and empowering information about menopause. My talks can blend education, mindfulness, movement and real life tools to help women better understand their bodies, feel more confident and navigate midlife with greater ease and confidence. 

Each session can be tailored to your audience--whether you are looking for an introductory menopause talk, an interactive workshop or a movement based experience. We can focus on specific topics such as stress management, self care, sleep, strength or menopause in the workspace.
