My offerings are designed to meet you wherever you are on your unique midlife through menopause journey;
moving you toward feeling your most optimal and living your fullest life, doing all the things you love and enjoy. My teaching blends yoga practices and nervous system regulation with strength and mobility work to help relieve symptoms and the challenges that come with menopause. I love working with women individually, to really honor the unique journey of menopause, planning sessions focused on your personal goals. I also value the need for connection and community, so you will find group classes, workshops and retreats on my schedule as well. |

A deeply personalized space for you to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system and build strength in a way that feels supportive--not overwhelming. Together, we will work to ease midlife challenges and menopause symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, poor sleep, stress and connection to your changing body. Everything is personalized to where you are right now--because this journey isn't one size fits all. I always like to make sure we are a good fit for each other, by having a short conversation about your goals.

Whether you come with a friend, partner or family member, these sessions create space for strength, relaxation, mobility and connection--while honoring your changing energy and body.
