As someone who has navigated my own Menopause Journey, I understand firsthand the challenges and feelings of isolation that can accompany this phase of life. However, I also know that it doesn't have to be this way.
I've been a Menopause Coach and Movement Specialist for 5 years and have taught yoga for almost 10. I've seen first hand how movement and having someone in your corner supporting you can bring about sustainable changes and optimal wellness.
